About Me

I work at the alchemical intersections of spirituality, somatics, science, and soul. I support those desiring to live from an ever-widening sense of their wholeness and connection to themselves, our human and non-human kin, and God/the Divine, heal from accumulated stress and trauma, and meaningfully participate in the emergence of a more loving, just, and regenerative world for ourselves and the collective. I am here to accompany you in co-creating an environment of healing and growth that is nested in embodied psychological, emotional and spiritual support.

My Approach

My offerings emerge from my own ongoing journey of transformation and healing within this entangled, co-becoming, dynamic web of relationships from which I arise. My background, training, and vocational experiences weave together a multi-disciplinary approach in which I have companioned adults and adolescents in a variety of educational and healing contexts for over fifteen years. My work is especially informed by Organic Intelligence,® my Masters of Education, and the contemplative Wisdom tradition as taught by Cynthia Bourgeault.

I live in San Diego, California on the unceded lands of the Kumeyaay people with my partner. I am a white bodied woman arising from a tapestry of ancestors that includes European, Mexican, and indigenous American lineages with a deep love for the redwoods, large bodies of water, compost heaps, and the hawks and owls that frequently visit our wild garden.
