I facilitate a range of groups and circles rooted in contemplative spirituality, Wisdom practices, somatic and mindfulness, and Jungian psychology and dreamwork. These offerings evolve in rhythm with community needs and seasonal invitations.

Current and past groups include:

  • Embodied contemplative practice circles (in-person in fall and spring) exploring embodied presence and integrating teachings from the Christian mystical tradition

  • Restorative justice circles focused on deep listening, repair, and transformation

  • OI NOW (Nurturing Our Well-Being) – an international community supporting those living with chronic illness and health challenges through the compassionate, resilience-centered lens of Organic Intelligence

New this fall: I’ll be offering an online Gospel of Thomas Lectio Divina group. We’ll meet every other week and reflect on this sacred text through a three-centered listening practice — body, emotions/feeling, and mind. No prior experience is needed—only a spirit of openness and curiosity for how the text might meet you. Please reach out if you’d like to join or learn more.

Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect.
